Hi Tom.
Hello Tom, I'm your Mum's friend, Debbie, from England and I think it is fab that you have your own blog and i shall enjoy stopping by and reading what you have to say from time to time.
Take care.
p.s. I love chocolate too!
Hi, Tom! Welcome to the world of blogging. I know your mother and I live in Indiana, USA. I have had experience with type one diabetes. I am a nurse, but most important I have a son, Wes, who was diagnosed with diabetes at age 9. He is now 37, married and has two lovely daughters. It is quite a journey.
God bless you, Tom. And I will be here to visit often. Cathy
Hi Tom! How nice that you are taking the time to write a blog. I have a 10 year old son and we homeschool too. What are you going to write about next?
God bless you Tom. All the best in your blog writing future. When I was 10, a rather long time ago, my favourite number was 10 and I played outfield on a baseball team that won a championship. I was proud to wear, you guessed it, #10.
I grew up with just two siblings and no Christian faith (though I've been a Christian since I was 19, a Protestant minister and much later a convert along with my family to the Catholic Church.)
From your Mom's blog I see you are one of eight kids in your family, a family that obviously loves our Lord and His Church. It will be interesting to read about how you live "with diabetes and what [you] do in home school."
Hi Tom! It is very cool that you write a blog. You have written more in your blog than I have in mine. My wife and I are going to homeschool this year, so I look forward to reading what you write here. Oh, by the way, I am a Type one diabetic also.
Hi Tom,
It seems that I am the only one without diabetes around here. I am feeling left out.
I also worry about your chioce of footy team. There is only one AFL team and that is the Mighty Cats! Cats eat crows...
I look forward to getting to know you on your blog.
I look forward to your posts! I'll tell my ten year old girl about this blog and maybe she'll make some comments, too!
Laura (mom's blog friend from MN, U.S.A)
Hi Tom! I am your Mom's friend, Therese from the USA. I am very interested to see what you will be writing about. My nephew is also Type 1. Good luck, and I am looking forward to reading your blog!
Tom, I'm happy to meet you. I hope you have a long blogging career.
I'm a friend of your Mom's from USA. My Father had type 1 diabetes, but I have not had any sign of it. I hope you will write about it so we can be more educated about it.
I want to know more about what you do in home school, too. Your blog project is a great idea.
Hi Tom. It's David Wright, down in Williamstown (SA) - we met once a few years ago when we visited your home. I remember playing on your Lord of the Rings computer game, which was awesome - we have one of our own now, but it's number 2. Happy to hear back from you! My Mum's blog is Stumblin' and Bumblin' Along (your Mum will have a link to it). Cheers ~ David W (12yo)
G'day Tom. Do you remember me ... James Wright? We visited your place once a few years ago and we played on that Battle for Middle Earth game which you have, and it was great. We have Batle for Middle Earth number 2 now which we think is just as good. I hope to see you again some time. Cheers ~ James W (10yo)
Looking good so far Tom! Hope you enjoy the online world! Good luck!
Hi Tom, I'm Leah, a friend of your mum's from Ireland. I'm glad to see that you have a new blog.
Hi Tom! I'm your mum's friend Kalona (Sharon) from the DCF board and our blogs. I think it's great that you've started a blog and hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I love hearing about your family and life in Australia. I live in Texas, USA. I'm a grandma and have 7 grandkids. I also have diabetes--type 2--diagnosed about 3 years ago. Looking forward to reading your blog for a long time!
